It is the beginning of 2008 and Chinese New Year is around the corner.
North Carolina Chinese Business Association (NCCBA) will host a New Year
After-Work Social with Chinese Cooking Demonstration as a cultural sharing.

Tenney Woo, VP of Operations of NCCBA, will be the cooking demonstrator.
He has been catering dinners for NCCBA’s seminars for the past year. He
will share with you how to prepare some of those catered dishes.
Tenney demonstrated Chinese cooking at Raleigh International Festival
for many years and in other occasions. He combines the best of east and
west ingredients and cooking techniques creating a unique flavor, taste,
and presentation that you may not have experienced in Chinese restaurants.
NCCBA serves as a forum for networking and exchanging, and for
