Dear Collaborative Group Members,

I am pleased to inform you that we now have the CDASH consolidated
draft ready for public review (attached). Thanks to the patience and
efforts of the CDASH team over the last few weeks we have managed to
address the final comments, refining the drafts and pulling this
document together according to the timeline that we established at the
start of this project.

Yesterday, the consolidated document (in PDF) was sent to all CDASH
team members and today the draft will be posted on CDISC web page
along with the completion instructions and an excel spreadsheet to
officially commence the public review period (6 weeks).

On behalf of CDISC and the CDASH project team, I would like to thank
the Collaborative Group, for supporting the CDASH project over the
last year and a half. I think that with this draft we have taken a
concrete step towards achieving something that greatly needs to be
done. The end result will be a significant step forward in
facilitating a more efficient approach to collecting clinical data as
well as enabling a host of other positive changes in how we collect
and manage clinical data.
