H. WARD VALENTINE, JR.

H. "Ward" Valentine, Jr. is an Executive Vice President for SMA
Microsystems of Virginia in Wake County (www.smamicrosystems.com) and
has over 20 years of corporate management experience. He is
responsible for executive level aspects of the company which include
operations, finance and business development. In the role of Executive
Vice President, Ward is involved with all operational aspects of the
business and escalation issues for SMA's large account customers
including IBM, AIMCO and Lenovo.

In 2007, Ward became a partner in Phoenyx Inc., which is a management
consulting firm operating in both North Carolina and Virginia. Phoenyx
provides its' clients expertise in the areas of IT staffing, IT
branding and 8(a) SBA federal contracting.

Ward hold a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems
and graduated Cum Laude from Strayer University. He also holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Internetworking Technology and is a
graduate of Dartmouth College Amos Tuck School of Business Advanced
Minority Entrepreneur Program. He is now working towards his second
masters degree in the area of Master of Education: Educational
Management Concentration and currently has a 4.0 cumulative grade
point average.

Ward holds an active Residential Real Estate license from the
Commonwealth of Virginia and currently serves on the Advisory Board
for the Triangle Chapter of the BDPA. He has formerly served as Board
Member for PITB, CMSDC and United Way Council of Hampton Roads.
