This 4-hour workshop will provide an overview of the impact of the FDA's 
Food Protection Plan on food operations from the farm to the table 
including production, processing and preparation. Through the use of 
concurrent breakout sessions following a general session, the program 
will address the three integrated strategies to accomplish the Plan's 
objectives, which are defined as:

     * To prevent food borne contamination;
     * To intervene at critical points in the food supply chain;
     * To prepare to respond quickly to minimize harm.
