for the meeting.  If the cancellation is received with less than 72
hours notice, registered attendees will be billed the full price of the
meeting and meal.  Exceptions include natural disasters, unsafe driving
conditions due to inclement weather, personal/family sickness, death in
family.  Registrants will not be charged if the meeting is cancelled.
