University, March 7-11, 2005.

TechEngage is a community-based non-profit organization founded to provide unemployed and under-employed technical professionals
with an affordable opportunity to obtain the high quality training they need to be competitive in today's tough job market.

"Training Boot Camp" is TechEngage's annual flagship training event. Market relevant IT training is provided via a five-day boot

structured to provide participants with opportunities to network and develop relationships with potential employers. This quality
training retails for over $2000, however thanks to our corporate sponsors we offer this weeklong training for only $145.

This year's course offerings include:

launched a Web site to advertise its job openings. The DoD also plans
to offer college scholarships to engineering students who agree to
work at the department after graduation. The DoD's recruitment site

What is a good job? What is a good employer? Engineering professor
Ronald A.L. Rorrer asks and attempts to answer that question in a
recent essay. "Philosophically, we all know that it is not just high
pay. A good company treats its employees with respect and remains
profitable to provide one with a steady job." To read Rorrer's advice
