[IEEE-JHC] Distribution Issues

I have encountered problems in distributing the Triangle Area Career
Development Newsletter.
It appears that spam blockers are blocking its distribution.
I am guessing that the spam blockers are bothered by the number of links in
the newsletter.

For the short term, I am distributing the newsletter by blind copying the
receiver list.

Please let me know if you do not receive the newsletter by Sunday evening.

For this week, the newsletter has already gone out.
If you have not received it, please let me know now, so that I can send it
to you.
