CHAT WITH THE GRAND POLEMARCH <viewarticle.asp?ID=58>  
Sign up to join the Province Email List to be able to "Chat with Grand
Polemarch HAMILTON" on December 17, 2003 at 8pm and continue to receive
vital information from Grand Chapter and the Middle Eastern Province.

Joining the Province Email List.....

In general, you will have the option to join the mailing list or join the
group (instructions provided below).

Note: You will be able to unsubscribe to the mailing list (or group) at any
time. Anything that you do can be undone.

OPTION 1. Joining the mailing list (this is the minimal option):

This will permit you to be added to the email list, participate in the Grand
Polemarch's Chat and receive other information from Grand Chapter or ME
Province via email.

OPTION 2. Joining the group (I would recommend this for the Chapter
Polemarchs):

This will permit you to access the MiddleEasternProvince group site which
includes the mailing list, Chat and other features such as: view membership
list, access to archived messages, polls, etc. 

If you decide on Option 2 (which is not required), there is an extra step
required. You must Sign Up for a Yahoo ID (this is not an Email id, and it
is free). You will be prompted to Sign up for a Yahoo ID (or enter your
current Yahoo ID if you are already registered with Yahoo). The hardest part
will be trying to choose a unique id that is not used by the millions of
other yahoo users. So be prepared for several iterations of trying to choose
a unique id. If you get tired, one suggestion would be to add your birthday
mmyr (1154) or some other number to the end of your choice.

NOTE: In this Sign Up process, "UNCHECK" the box that says "Activate
Yahoo!Mail". You DO NOT have to create a "Yahoo Email id". You will be given
to opportunity to enter an "Alternate Email id" in which you can enter your
current Email id for receiving all email messages.

Send an email msg to: MiddleEasternProvince-Subscribe at yahoogroups.com (just
hit send, no msg required)

Choose one of the following OPTIONS: 

OPTION 1. To join the MiddleEasternProvince mailing list (This is the
minimal option that will permit you to be added to the email list) 
- Enter your current email address and select the "Request Confirmation
Email" button.
- You should receive an email message asking you to confirm the Email id
that you entered.
- You will then receive another email message stating that your request was
received. 
- Reply to this email by clicking "Reply" and "Send" in you email program. 
- This is all that is required to be added to the mailing list.

OPTION 2. To join the MiddleEasternProvince group: 
- Follow instructions and click the "Sign Up" link.
- Follow the instructions to "Sign Up" for a Yahoo ID.
- Uncheck the "Activate Yahoo! Mail" box
- Enter your current email id in the "Alternate email address" box
- You will be asked to verify this email address
- Follow the instructions to be added to the group.
