Subject: [KappaForum] Transcript of this evening's Kappa Chat with the Grand Polemarch

        Brothers,

If you weren't there, you missed a great opportunity to chat with the Grand
Polemarch and other fraternity officers.

Enclosed is a transcript of the chat. There were about 60 brothers asking
questions, and 7 Grand Chapter officers responding. A second chat is
scheduled for later this fraternal year.

Yours in the Bond,

Allen

Chat With The Grand Polemarch

Executive_Director> Brothers, the Grand Polemarch has posted his opening
message. We are now open for questions. Any question is fine. Remember,
all questions come through me and I forward them on to the appropriate
Executive Committee Member to answer. We have the Grand Polemarch, Senior
Grand, Junior Grand, and Grand Keeper of Records & Exchequer. Thank you
all for being on this important chat, we appreciate all you do for Kappa.
As I often say, "It's good to be a Kappa."

Grand_Polemarch> Good Evening Brothers: Thank you for joining me and the
Executive Committee on the first of two chat room sessions for 2007
fraternal year. First let me wish each of you the very best during this
holiday season. The 2007 fraternal year promises to be a fast paced year
with many challenges and opportunities that will move us to the 78th Grand
Chapter meeting in Mpls/St Paul. The events of the 1st quarter are a
testament to this fact. Your Executive Committee is excited to interact
with you this evening on matters that are of concern to you. Please feel
free to ask about those matters you wish to have us to provide commentary.

Executive_Director> Brothers, the Grand Polemarch has received the first few
questions and will be responding. Brother Pulsifer, you're up first.
Always great to hear from you.

Executive_Director> You are welcome Brother Pulsifer. For those Brothers
who just came on, remember I am the only one who sees your questions, so
please no "shout outs."

Brother_Pulsifer: Greetings Brother Grand Polemarch. I understand the
Strategic Planning Committee has completed a report. Is it possible for
members of the Fraternity to obtain a copy of this report? I am interested
in reading it.

Grand_Polemarch> The report of the Strategic Planning Committee is a
document for use by the Grand Polemarch and the Grand Board. The Strategic
Planning Committee provided an overview of their work product at the last
Grand Chapter Meeting. What you will see will be actions in the program
area as well as the operating area based upon the compilation of input from
several sources including the Strategic Planning Committee report. The
sensitive nature of the materials provided some of which is proprietary can
not be released to the general membership because we could not control it
use and further distribution after we released it.

Paras> Brothers, please adhere the policy of the chatroom. You must have
Brother and "Your Last Name" in order to be recognized by the moderator or
the Grand Polemarch.

Executive_Director> Brothers, we are still open for questions. The GKofRE
and JGVP are also on to answer questions as well as the SGVP.

Brother_Taylor: Brother Grand Polemarch, can you tell me the status of the
Xi chapter at Howard, I heard they was coming back before the required 10
year suspension was served.

Grand_Polemarch> The Grand Board after much deliberation agreed to
reactivate Xi Chapter under very stringent conditions consistent with Grand
Board policies on the reactivation of chapters suspended by the Grand Board.
We are extremely hopeful that the chapter will demonstrate its ability to
operate as an outstanding campus organization. They will be very closely
supervised by an on campus and off campus advisory committee led by the
Washington D.C. Alumni Chapter. I can assure you that any breach of this
agreement will result in the retirement of the greek letters.

Executive_Director> Brother McGlown, the SGVP is answering your question
regarding the St. Jude Golf Outings.

Sr._Grand_Vice_Polemarch: The St. Jude Golf initiative is vital to the
success of Kappa's goal to serve society. Several of our Provinces met
success as they planned and executed this initiative. The range of funds
raised varies from $5,000 to $10,000 per Province. Several of the planned
events were rained-out and will be reset in early '07. We anticipate
meeting our goal and making a presentation during the Conclave.

Executive_Director> Brother Lowe, here is the question regarding Conclave
forms from the GKofRE

GrandKeeperofRecordsandExchequer: We are looking forward to an outstanding
and enjoyable Grand Chapter Meeting. The information is currently posted on
the website...KappaAlphaPsi1911.com. You can register online beginning
tomorrow 12-19-2006. The Confidential Bulletin will carry more information
and will be available after the Holidays.

Brother_W_Miller: Regarding the recent police incidents around the country
on African American Males, a statement on the issues leading the Divine 9
would be healthy.... would we be silent if the incident was involving one of
our Brothers... be it Undergraduate or Alumni.

Grand_Polemarch> That is an excellent comment/question and I will refer the
matter to our Public Policy Committee for their review and advice on
drafting such a statement.

Brother_McGlown: Brother Senior Grand Vice Polemarch, Sir. in light of the
recent FAMU trail will there be any new directives in the area of Intake
procedure. We can be assured that many states were watching the outcome of
the trial.

Brother_Taylor: Brother Grand Polemarch, we will see a real elections
amongst the undergraduates this year?

Junior_Grand_Vice_Polemarch: As the Junior Grand Vice Polemarch, I am
privileged to serve in this position. As I travel from Province to
Province, I encourage more undergraduates to run for election so that they
too can have an opportunity to learn and serve in the same capacity.

Executive_Director> Brothers, we now have 45 Good Kappas on this Chat, fast
approaching our largest session. We will try to get to as many questions as
possible. As you can see, I am spreading them around as much as possible.

Paras> Brothers, please adhere to the policy of the chatroom. In order to be
recognized by the moderator or the Grand Polemarch, you must have "Brother
(your last name)".

Brother_Grant: Are you free to discuss tonight what possible changes in our
policies and procedures might result as consequence of the recent incidents
and litigations that are plaguing the Fraternity ? We know that "if we keep
doing what we've been doing, we will keep getting what we've been getting !"

Grand_Polemarch> We will continue our policy of zero tolerance for any
violation of our rules and regulations. It is expected that we will
continue to train our advisors to be vigilant in their monitoring of chapter
activities. We will continue our efforts to involve the appropriate law
enforcement agencies requesting that the full force of the judicial process
be utilized when violations occur. It appears that the general society has
now reached the point where we have been along and that is zero tolerance
for violation of its laws.

Brother_Normal: Brother Grand Polemarch, has the entertainment been selected
for the konklave?

Executive_Director> Brother Normal, we are still finalizing the
entertainment for the Konclave. At present it looks like the featured
entertainment is The Gap Band with special guest Charlie Wilson. Also we
have for the Gospel Concert The Sounds of Blackness with possible guest
Byron Cage. Also on the list, we are working to get John Legend possible
for the Step Show (THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED) and to end the event at the Grand
Ball we have Mint Condition.

Sr._Grand_Vice_Polemarch: Good evening Brother McGowan. Your question is
one that raises great attention. We currently have in place intake
procedures that allow for an orderly and smooth process for membership into
Kappa. This trial does not indicate that what we have in place is faulty.
On the other hand, we continue to explore avenues to enhance a new member
experience.

Bell: Type here Brother Snow, other than the Hilton Hotel, what will the
alternate hotels be in Minneapolis.

Brother_Shannon: Brother Grand Polemarch, Unfortunately I was unable to
attend the shareholders meeting of the Kappa Federal Credit Union in Dallas
last weekend. I am concerned about the limited growth the CU has obtained
since it has come on line. Until I joined the CU I was under the impression
that its membership was limited to "brothers only". I have since learned
that it can include family members, spouses, and employees of brothers.
With that being said I think the CU could benefit by having some of those
mentioned on its board of directors, i.e., the Silhouette President, wife of
the Grand Polemarch, or an undergraduate to show that the CU is open to them
as well.

Grand_Polemarch> Brother Shannon, I'm sorry that you were unable to attend
what was a great meeting. The CU Board of Directors agrees that a stronger
marketing push is in order to fully acquaint the membership regarding the
scope of membership and services. You will see much more in marketing of
this valuable tool. We are disappointed with the numbers but stay tuned as
the new initiatives take shape and produce results. Thanks for becoming a
member.

Executive_Director> Brother Bell, the Hilton is the host and connects to the
Convention Center. The Hyatt does as well. The other hotel at this point is
the Marriott, which is four blocks away. The local chapters are really
gearing up for what will be an exciting Konclave. Brothers, be there.

Brother_Normal: Brother Hamilton, do we have process in place to pay tribute
the MLK building in DC?

Brother_Normal: Brother Hamilton, is it safe to say the next Grand Chapter
Meeting after Bloomington will be in great city of Orlando, FL or Miami, FL?

Brother_Twitty: Brother Grand Polemarch: What role will our Fraternity play
in the next Presidential Election?

Grand_Polemarch> Once again we expect to partner with the Nation Coalition
of Black Civic Participation in their Unity "08" campaign along with at
least 150 other grassroots organizations including the Divine 9 membership
to register, educate, transport and protect voters in this election.

GrandKeeperofRecordsandExchequer: Kappa Alpha Psi has pledged its support to
the MLK, Jr. Memorial in Washington, D.C. Kappa has been responsible for
$45,000 raised through pledges. We would like to be able to support the MLK,
Jr. Memorial to the tune of $100,000. So Brothers spread the word of
support. As you may remember for the 77th GCM in St. Louis, Brothers
participated via the registration form. We will have the ability to pledge
again with the registration for the 78th GCM. Thanks for all you do to make
Kappa the "brightest light in the Hall."

Executive_Director> Brother Normal, the site of the 2013 Konclave has not
been decided. While both Orlando and Miami have indicated that they wish to
host, there are 22 other cities that have also done same. The process will
be very difficult and time consuming as this is the first Konclave that we
have gone back to open bidding. If you are from Florida, best wishes;
however, we have miles to go before we sleep on that decision.

Brother_King: Brother Hamilton, has there been consideration of creating a
honorary membership program to invite celebrity brothers.

Sr._Grand_Vice_Polemarch: Exploring the area of honorary membership is new
for me. I do not recall any discussions by our Grand Board or during any of
our general sessions regarding this topic. What would be good would be to
raise the question during our next Town Hall meeting to check its pulse.

Brother_Jenkins: Brother Grand Polemarch, with all these little sister,
sweetheart, and KKI organizations popping up all over the place, what is the
grand board going to do about all these females wearing our letters,
thinking their quote unquote female kappas. However, I think stronger policy
needs to come down because this is getting out of hand!

Grand_Polemarch> I would agree that there is a growing number of these
groups all of which are not recognized as having an affiliation with Kappa.
Wherever our marks are utilized without our permission, we will seek legal
redress. We have also asked colleges and universities to observe our
statements regarding the non-affiliation with Kappa Alpha Psi and not accept
as recognized campus organizations. We will take all steps possible to
eradicate this problem.

Brother_Thompkins: Brother Jared, can you explain to me about the
undergraduate lodges at the klave?

Junior_Grand_Vice_Polemarch: We have established a Task Force charged with
the responsibility of providing programs and initiatives for undergraduates.
The Kappa Village is one of the projects. As of now, we will be providing
housing for undergraduates at the University of Minnesota dormitories at a
subsidized cost (not determined yet). Whether or not we make this available
is contingent on the responses or request to participate from undergraduate
brothers. The university is located about 10 mins from the host site.

Executive_Director> Brothers, we now have 56 on this chat. Thank you for
your interest in what our Fraternity Leaders have to say. They are here to
answer your questions and we will try to get as many in as possible (even
the hard ones :-)). We need additional questions, please send them in.
Commercial: Do you have your official Kappa Blazer? Are you in need of a
replacement pin or badge? Do you have the most updated Constitution &
Statutes. If not, please contact us at IHQ, we are here to service you and
look forward to hearing from our Brothers.

Brother_Narcisse: Brother Snow, has a speaker been secured for the Kappa
Foundation Luncheon?

Brother_Fletcher: Brother Grand Polemarch, your vision is reaching out to
the membership to address health care issues came to the fore when the
agreement with the NDA was signed two years ago. Unfortunately we have not
been able to push this initiative at the Province Council Meetings or C.
Rodger Wilson Leadership Conferences. Will we be able to effectuate our end
of this agreement by at least pushing the matter to the front when we have
occasions such as these to advance our position and during the Conclave?

Grand_Polemarch> Brother Fletcher, We have had some limited success in this
area with regard to increasing the applicant pool for the health related
professions. Brother Robinson's achievement academy program has had some
good success. There are chapters who continue local health programs
particularly prostate, hypertension and related issues. Never the less, we
need more of these and I will be encouraging health seminars and
examinations in Mpls/St Paul. Any help you can give in your role with the
NDA would be greatly appreciated.

Executive_Director> Brother Narcisse, we have not yet secured a Foundation
Luncheon Speaker, but we have big shoes to fill to compete with Mister Mfume
from last time.

Brother_Thompkins: Brother Grand Polemarch, do you plan on bringing back
your town hall meetings?

Grand_Polemarch> Brother Tompkins, we are continuing our Town Hall Meeting
having recently done one in Oklahoma City, Nashville, and upcoming sessions
in Boston, and Birmingham.

Executive_Director> My Brother Coley, thank you for asking about the health
Past Grand Polemarch Gordon, here is the response

Sr._Grand_Vice_Polemarch: Brother Coley, Grand Polemarch Gordon would be
delighted to know that you have asked about him. I had the opportunity to
visit with him during my last visit to Detroit. What was surprising was his
ability to recall facts about the fraternity. He was in a very good mood
as he knew the Grand Polemarch and I would be visiting. He is currently in
a wheel chair and his health is good. He plans to make a cameo during the
conclave.

Executive_Director> Brother Brown, we did not receive your earlier question.
Brothers who have just tuned in, no one can see your question but me, so no
need to "shout out" to anyone. Also, we need your questions, we have been
on for about and hour and were at our max with 65 users, which is the most
we've had to date, thank you.

Brother_E._Lewis: Brother Grand Polemarch, what will be discussed at your
town hall meetings?

Grand_Polemarch> There is no agenda. The topics of discussion are not
preset. It is a free flowing opportunity for the Brothers to raise
questions regarding the fraternity.

Brother_Heggins: Brother Snow: Has there been a significant number of
Brothers making reservations to travel to South African with the Grand
Chapter's Leadership in February-March '07?

Executive_Director> We are hoping for 50 and have about 30 to date. This is
a great opportunity and we hope more will join us in our trip to South
Africa.

Brother_Pirtle_: Brother Hamilton, I am the present Polemarch of one of the
most recent undergraduate chapters new to the fraternity Pi Zeta, in the
small but mighty Northern Province. As an undergraduate leader to a new
chartered chapter, what are some things that I can do to help bridge the gap
between alumni and undergraduate members involved not only in our chapter
but in the province as well.

Brother_Shannon: Has the name of Mr. Barak Obama been mentioned as a
Foundation Luncheon speaker?

Executive_Director> Thanks for the suggestion, he is certainly a great
candidate.

Brother_Jackson: Is there going to be a National Founders' Day this year?
If so where?

GrandKeeperofRecordsandExchequer: Brother Jackson, Kappa Alpha Psi's
National Founders Day will be observed on February 10, 2007 in Orlando, FL.
We plan to hold the National webcast as we did last year as we paid tribute
to the Disaster Victims many of which were our Brothers In The Bond. It is
our wish that Brothers across the Country join us in this meaningful
celebration either in person or on the Webcast. Tell the Brothers in your
Chapters and Province of the Celebration of the Founding of our Grand
Fraternity. We look forward to your participation. For further information,
check the website KappaAlphaPsi1911.com during the month of January.

Paras> user maddog, please log out and use Brother ( Your Last Name). We
have a policy in our chatroom concerning the use of name. Please logout and
return with the proper labeling

Brother_Jenkins: Brother Hamilton, where is the next undergraduate
leadership summit?

Executive_Director> Brother Jenkins, at present, all ULIs are scheduled for
Atlanta. This is based on our relationship with Coke.

Brother_Pulsifer: Brother Snow, please let Brother Reed know he did a
phenomenal job on the most recent Journal.

Executive_Director> You just did.

Junior_Grand_Vice_Polemarch: Brother Pirtle, this is a question that would
require more space and time to answer. I would love to talk with you via
phone if you would not mind or if you prefer, I will write something up for
you. Some of the things that we are doing on a the National level to bridge
the gap include, but are not limited to: job fairs, simultaneous programming
(National Voting Initiative, CARE, etc.), Suit Bank, and the Oral History
Bank just to name a few. To answer you as for your local area, I would
encourage you to go visit the alumni chapter during a chapter meeting and
tell them that you want to be more involved with them and would like for
them to be more involved with your chapter. Help out with the Black and
White

Executive_Director> Brother Pirtle, congrats on the chartering of Pi Zeta.
Also, we are pleased to have our Province Polemarchs on this chat. COPP,
thanks for all you do.

Executive_Director> Brother Drew Brown, feel free to post a question.

Brother_Johnson: Brother Grand Polemarch, if there are young guys who are
interested in joining the bond at FAMU will they be able to go to another
school to do this or will they have to wait until grad?

Grand_Polemarch> Brother Johnson, if a student transfers to another school
where Kappa Alpha Psi is an approved organization can seek membership
otherwise he will have to wait until grad. Membership in both instances
will be subject to the requirements for membership at the time of
application.

Executive_Director> Brother Lewis, regarding your question about Senior
Kappas, here is the response from the GKRE.

GrandKeeperofRecordsandExchequer: Brother Lewis, your question concerning
the rising cost while trying to reclaim Senior Brothers is very timely. We
have made some concessions in lowering the 78th GCM registration cost for
Seniors. We continue to look at other ways to help our Brothers "Kome Home
to Kappa". As we approach the Centennial Celebration the Grand Board will
entertain all recommendations for consideration. Thanks for your timely
question and get those recommendations to us.

Executive_Director> Brothers, thank you for you kudos to Brother Reed on the
recent Journal, it was great. We are also please that you have all received
it, which makes us even more happy. We have about 30 minutes, please submit
your questions...Brother Fields, happy belated birthday!

Executive_Director> Brother Brown, once again, we did not get your question.
Please resend it, just like you are doing the ones saying your question
hasn't been answered. I will be glad to post it.

Brother_Crawley: Brother Grand Polemarch, how do you decide which cities to
conduct town hall meetings in?

Grand_Polemarch> Brother Crawley, every effort is made to offer an
opportunity to allow brothers to attend a town hall meeting therefore, our
selections are made with an eye towards being accessible to the membership
in every part of our footprint. We will continue to visit and conduct these
sessions to make certain we have achieved that objective.

Brother_McGlown: Brother Grand Polemarch, Sir. Has there been any thought
given to any legal action and/or fraternal action in regard to the ghost
kappas that some inactive UG chapter are and have made?

Grand_Polemarch> Brother McGlown, good to hear from you. How are things?
Whenever and wherever we find the illegal use of our marks in whatever way,
we will take legal action to prevent the use of Kappa Alpha Psi's
intellectual property in any fashion. I would hope that all brothers would
notify IHQ when ever they become aware of such a situation.

Executive_Director> Brother Pulsifer, your question regarding posting
information i.e. Grand Board minutes, publications, etc. is being answered
by the GKofRE.

GrandKeeperofRecordsandExchequer: Brother Pulsifer, we rather not post the
Grand Board minutes and Committee reports on the website which is available
to Non Kappas. We do post them in each Confidential Bulletin. The Award
Winning Kappa Alpha Psi Journal thanks to Brother Reed is available on the
website in abbreviated form. We hope that Brothers will "Kome Home to Kappa"
in order to fully enjoy the Journal. We believe that to be true do to the
fact that Brothers told the GB that a reduction in the number of Journals
was unacceptable. Your question is a good one as it leaves us with the
challenge provide other alternatives to capsule GB actions maybe thru the
Province Council reports. Great thoughts Brother.

Brother_Drew_Brown: Brother Grand Polemarch, you mentioned that we should
notify IHQ in the event we become aware of situations where the use of the
intellectual property is compromised. Who do we speak to in that regard?

Executive_Director> Brother Brown, those violations can be given to Brother
Spencer Bruce or myself. Thank you for being willing to do this, Kappa's
intellectual properties are one of the few things we own. We need to guard
them as best we can and bring action against those who use them without out
consent.

Bro._R._Dorsey: Brother GKRE{White}, with Kappa entering into multiple
"partnerships" with various companies and IHQ obtaining sponsorships for the
Grand Conclaves, will the membership see a decrease in registration fees?

Executive_Director> Brother Dorsey, thanks for the question. The GKof RE
will answer your question shortly.

Executive_Director> Brothers, unfortunately we can't answer every question,
but are trying to get as many in as possible. If you question is not
answered, please feel free to send it to me @
executive_director at kappaalphapsi1911.com and I will get it to one of the
Executive Officers to respond. Thanks for understanding.

Brother_Drew_Brown: Brother Executive Director, I was referred to you as
being the one to speak to with regard to the implementation of a plan to get
nationwide exposure for Kappa Alpha Psi events. Are you in fact the one I
should contact initially, or is it someone else?

Executive_Director> Yes, Brother Brown. Feel free to contact me at
IHQ...215-228-7184.

Brother_Smiley: Thanks for taking the time out to address and questions that
the brothers may have. My question comes in respect to the Alpha Xi chapter.
Since this whole trial thing for the hazing allegations my chapter has been
going through, the brothers feel a little abandon and there was no brotherly
support from grand chapter or province. why was that and where is the bond?
If you kant lean on the shield then what can u lean on?

Grand_Polemarch> Brother Smiley, since this matter may not be fully
litigated, I cannot fully respond to all aspects of your question. However,
perhaps the question should be put to those who choose not to uphold their
solemn oath to abide by the rules and regulations of the fraternity. We
each have a personal responsibility to abide by the laws of the fraternity
and general society, while brotherly compassion for the consequences of not
making good decisions exists in no way can we condone these acts. It is
difficult to expect that you can lean on something that your actions may
have jeopardized its very existence.

Executive_Director> Brothers, we are coming up on the last round of
questions. Please send and we will try to get them in. Brother Drayton,
please send your request for the Grand Polemarch to speak at your chapter to
me at executive_director at kappaalphapsi1911.com.

Brother_Carr_Brown: Brother Grand Polemarch, Please speak to the membership
about the Kappa Alpha Psi Credit Union

Sr._Grand_Vice_Polemarch: The Kappa Alpha Psi Federal Union held its Second
Annual Shareholder's Meeting on December 16, 2007 in Dallas, Texas. With
several of our Provinces and Chapters holding share accounts we see on the
horizon something both good and great. We will be offering to our new
members the benefit of shareholder membership at the time of intake. We
are calling upon our membership to join and to open accounts for their
family members as a Christmas gift. Brother Victor Russell along with the
Polemarch of Plano/Richardson Alumni are putting in countless hours to
foster success with this endeavor. As reported recently, we anticipate a
grant relative to the KAPCU new designation as a Community Development
Financial Inst

Brother_Brown: Brother Grand Polemarch, can we get an update on the Kappa
Homecoming and our plans to have 50,000 members on the rolls by 2011?

Grand_Polemarch> Brother Brown, our numbers have increased over the past 3
years, however, not at the pace we would have liked. If we have success of
the objectives agreed upon by Province Polemarchs of 20% growth in
membership numbers, the goal is obtainable. If you look at the chapter
growth by Province released in the October CB you will note significant
growth in providing the venues for growth.

Executive_Director> Brother Drew Brown, please email me at
executive_director at kappaalphapsi1911.com

Brother_Heggins: Brother Grand Polemarch, the twelve provinces have been
encouraged to increase membership intake each semester; however, many of the
HBCUs have restricted undergraduate chapter to just one Intake a year,
usually in the Spring Semester. How do you foresee this impacting the
Fraternity's overall membership growth?

Grand_Polemarch> Brother Heggins, this will not help our cause. However,
wherever we have the opportunity to do 2, we must do so to not add to our
problems.

GrandKeeperofRecordsandExchequer: Brother Dorsey, Kappa Alpha Psi is a
membership driven organization. While we have seen an increase in Corporate
sponsorship both in-kind and financial we have held all registrations level
for the past four CGMs and reduced Seniors and Undergraduates registrations
for the past two CGMs. The In-Kind sponsors have provided amenities that
enhance the events during the CGM. Your question is good. Brother Snow and
others work tirelessly to ACHIEVE the levels of Corporate participation so
that ALL the Brothers in attendance will have an unforgettable experience.
Look for more and better with the 78th GCM in Minn/St. Paul.......July
10-15. Mark your calendars especially at work for that needed Kappa
vacation.

Executive_Director> Brothers, thank you for your participation. The GP,
SGVP, JGVP, and GKofRE will send final posts and then we will sign off.
Please wait for their final remarks. Thanks again for being on, but more
importantly all you do in the name of PhiNuPi

Brother_Tunstall: Brother Grand Polemarch Hamilton, given the situation and
media exposure of the FAMU trial, is there any national media marketing
advertising that will be going on to ensure that the mass amount of
non-greeks, understand what the Fraternity is all about?

Grand_Polemarch> Brother Tunstall, we will continue to post positive press
releases on the many successes of our chapters and those achieved by our
fellow members of the Divine 9. Our journal, public meetings at Province
Council and Grand Chapter meetings will be formatted to get this message
out. Our involvement in the community at large has been upgraded
significantly and will offset the negative aspects of the FAMU situation.
More and more individuals are being held accountable for their actions and
not painting the organization with a broad brush.

Executive_Director> Brothers, here are the final messages, the Grand
Polemarch's will be last.

GrandKeeperofRecordsandExchequer: Brothers, it has been a unique experience
chatting with my Brothers about the issues facing our Fraternity. Please
continue to keep us abreast of your concerns. As your Grand Keeper of
Records and Exchequer it is a pleasure to serve you and Kappa Alpha Psi
Fraternity, Inc. I look forward to seeing you in Minn./St.Paul. Happy
Holidays to All.

Junior_Grand_Vice_Polemarch: Brothers, its been great chatting with you. I
am very happy to see you all on this chat because it infers that you do care
about what is going on. Feel free to contact me with any future questions
at jajdawso at indiana.edu or via phone at 219.902.1729. Have a blessed
Holiday Season!

Sr._Grand_Vice_Polemarch: Brothers, thank you for your participation this
evening. It is always a joy to hear from each of you. Have a great
Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Grand_Polemarch> Brothers, Thank you for joining in this Chat Room Session.
Your questions have reflected a true concern for the welfare of our Brothers
and the fraternity as well. Your Executive Committee, Grand Board and Staff
are appreciative of the opportunity to serve the membership of our Noble
Clan. On behalf of your leadership and staff, Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanza
, Happy New Year and Happy Founder's Day. Be blessed and be safe. Good
Night.

Executive_Director> Brothers, thanks for being on. Have a wonderful Holiday
Season. We are officially signing off.
