Brothers,
   
  Please see the latest update regarding the Kappa Tags.  I spoke with Brother Bryant, who is leading this initiative and he has assured me that this will be run properly.  He works for the DMV and has uncovered some checks that were received in the previous campaign which he is attempting to return.  Since I have basically become a part of his committee, I will try to search for names of brothers from our chapter.  There are presently approximately 200 brothers that have signed up for the KApsi Plate and Brother Bryant is very confident that this will be successful.  Please review the below proposals and make sure that you follow the application instructions completely.  
   
  As listed below, you must send a money order to reserve your plate, NO CHECKS.  I also  think that you'll like the most recent plate proposal which I myself have reserved.  
   
  Since the February 1st deadline is quickly approaching, if you still have concerns, please contact Brother Marcus Bryant immediately at (704) 756-1310 or kaptone at yahoo.com and he will answer any of your questions.  He has informed me that the turnaround is expected to be pretty quick with plates being available by the end of February.

  Reserve Your NC Kappa Alpha Psi License Plate, 300 Applicants Needed
  Brothers,

We ask for your support to make the NCDMV Kappa vanity license plate a reality for our province. We've secured unprecedented support, but we still have a ways to go. Please take the time and review the instructions below in order to reserve your North Carolina Kappa vanity license plate. The proposed design for the specialty plate is below.

The Plate Design

Proposed Design 1: The plate will use the standard North Carolina backdrop and will include our Fraternity's coat-of-arms in full color and the tag "Achievement since 1911" followed to the right by four (4) alphanumeric characters and a vertical "ME" designation (abbreviation for Middle Eastern). The four (4) alphanumeric characters may be customized to your liking. Please include that request on your reservation application.

Proposed Design 2: The plate will have a gradient cream to white background. The Fraternity's name will be centered between the month/year sticker spaces in crimson. The plate will include our Fraternity's coat-of-arms in full color and the tag "Achievement since 1911" followed to the right by four (4) alphanumeric characters and a vertical "ME" designation (abbreviation for Middle Eastern) in black. The North Carolina wordmark will be centered along the bottom in crimson as well. The four (4) alphanumeric characters may be customized to your liking. Please include that request on your reservation application.

NC Kappa Alpha Psi License Plate Reservation Instructions

1. Complete the NC Specialized Tag Application (Click here to download a Adobe PDF version of the application).

2. Pay the $10.00 reservation fee for a normal Kappa license plate or a $40.00 fee if you want a specialized tag - 4 characters limit.

3. Return your application and applicable fee by February 1, 2007 to Brother Marcus Bryant of the Charlotte (NC) Alumni Chapter or your designated chapter contact. Please make a copy of your application and money order for your personal records.

4. If you are mailing your application and fee to the Charlotte (NC) Alumni Chapter, the mailing address is as follows:
