Subject: [MiddleEasternProvince] ATTENDANCE

            Good evening Brothers. I hope all is well. As we get closer to the 66th Middle Eastern Province Council Meeting final plans are being made. We would like do our best to try and accommodate everyone; therefore we are asking that each chapter please submit a head count of members who will be attending the entire Province Meeting, especially the luncheon and closed banquet. We need these numbers in order to attempt to secure the number of plates needed without being under or too much over. Please send me your response by Monday, April 16, 2007 if at all possible.
  
  Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter. We look forward to seeing you at the 66th Middle Eastern Province Council meeting in Greenville, North Carolina.
