It gives me great pleasure to announce that Raleigh Alumni member 
Brother William E. Hooker is the 2007 Elder Watson Diggs Award winner. 
He learned of this fantastic news while at the Awards Committee 
Meeting in Minneapolis this past weekend. Please join me in 
congratulating Bro. Hooker on his achievement. The award will be 
presented to him at the Conclave on July 11, 2007 and I am asking all 
the Brothers in our Chapter attending the Conclave to attend this 
event.
