With many thanks to Nancy Shoemaker, FormMail is now online at
http://www.rtpnet.org/rtpnet/provider/FormMail.shtml
and there is a link to it from
http://www.rtpnet.org/rtpnet/provider/
FormMail is much easier to use for online data collection than gform.
I've also added a section to
Instructions for Creating and Maintaining Web Pages on RTPnet
on Hiding E-mail Addresses from Spammers, using the information provided
on this list last month. See
