[rtpnet-list] Access logs for hosted domain names moved to system space

To RTPnet members and friends:

At the recommendation of RTPnet system administrators, log files for 
users accessing your Web site using your domain name (for example, 
www.mygroup.org) have been moved from your public_html directory to the 
system directory  /var/log/httpd/virtual  with filenames beginning with 
www.mygroup.org. These logs, for accesses through your domain only, are 
no longer included in your disk space billing.

The documentation at http://www.rtpnet.org/rtpnet/dns/#logs has been 
revised to reflect this change.
