[rtpnet-list] Conversion of Majordomo lists to Mailman complete

To RTPnet members and friends,

With many thanks to Roger Austin and Charles Hall, we have completed 
converting Majordomo lists to use Mailman instead. Majordomo was 
installed on rtpnet.org in 1997. Roger Austin has maintained Majordomo 
lists for us for the entire period, 1997 through 2004.
