become computer literate.
A box Lunch will be provided and there will be posterboards summarizing =
the different facets of TOP CAT (Techonology Opportunities Program-Communit=
y Access to Technology)
If anybody has any queries please ask me by return email or at the phone =

I just received the following message from
Jane Smith Patterson, Executive Director, Rural Internet Access Authority
We regret to inform you that your proposal, although very competitive,
was not successful in this latest round of funding from the RIAA. The
RIAA Request for Proposal commissioners, working with the RIAA staff as
well as outside reviewers, has worked to carefully review all proposals.
A list of the successful proposals for funding is attached. We were very
impressed with your work but not all of those applying could receive
funding... how we wish they could and that we had more money to disburse.!
I did not receive the list of successful proposals.
The proposal we submitted is linked from http://www.nc-help.org/
Judy
