  Virtual Magnifying Glass is a simple, customizable, easy-to-use, open
  source screen magnification tool. System requirements: decent PC with
  Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, NT, ME, 98 or 95. A good display adapter is
  recommended for smooth performance.

Looks like a GREAT tool to have on computers for folks that have
trouble reading the screen or just for fun.

It's VERY easy to download and install.
