grant and if so, how can I access the application.  Are you aware if there

Subject: TOP grant workshop slated Thursday, March 27

AFCN Family,

This is a preliminary notice of some arrangements confirmed today. Formal
invitations will be distributed very soon but due to short timelines we
want people to have as much time as possible to make travel plans.

A Technology Opportunities Program (TOP) grant applicants information
workshop will be held THURSDAY, MARCH 27, 2003 in Austin, Texas from
12:30pm - 4:30pm CST.  NTIA/TOP staff have agreed to come to this free
workshop to present and discuss details of the TOP grant for FY2003.

Due to federal appropriations delays time will be short for this year's
grant.  We believe the grant will be officially announced within a few
days, with application deadline in late April.

More details will come in the formal invitation but if you are interested,
please reserve the date and begin plans to attend the Austin TOP workshop.
