Subject: [CTC] CTCNet Toolkit V. 1.0
With initial and continuing support from the Surdna Foundation,
and additional support from the US Department of Health and Human
Services, CTCNet has created a CD-ROM of tools for community
technology centers. The goal of the CTC Toolkit is to provide the
staff of centers with samples of documents and templates that are
integral to a CTC's operations.
For the first edition of this toolkit, thanks to your
contributions, CTCNet staff member Holly Harriel was able to
collect many valuable resources that had been tested and used by
CTCs. Paul Pitcher has found many additional resources and
redesigned the toolkit for the current version (v 1.0). We are
continually collecting material for upcoming versions. Please
don't be bashful: share your tried and true tools with the
greater CTC community. You may write to Paul at
toolkit at ctcnet.org to make submissions.
We aim to send the new edition to the CD replicators in about a
week. In the meantime, we would be grateful if you would test it
out on the Web and let us know of any problems you may encounter
so we can make any needed corrections. The Web version can be
found at http://www2.ctcnet.org/ctc/toolkit.html
