Ms. Hallman,
I just want to touch base with you to confirm that I'm registered for this
event. I also want to get more information on the portion of the conference
that gives participants the opportunity to share their agency/project
information; I was contemplating setting up a booth but wasn't sure if we
are accomplished enough to do so or even what it's all about. I believe
that portion was set aside for some time at the beginning of the day.
Again, thatnks for your time, and I look forward to your response to my
concerns.
