It is with deep regret that I must decline the offer to come to the
conference on tomorrow.  My family suffered a terrible unforeseen tragedy
on yesterday with our 15 year old son.  I do apologize for the untimeliness.

I do  hope that you will send me information on this issue of closing the
gap on the digital divide in our communities.  I have some new ventures I
would like to share with you.  Thanks.
