In response to Mark Smith's message about Network for Good:

Unfortunate timing. At the May 30 conference, I promoted Network for Good
as a good way to received online donations. On June 3 I received a
message from Network for Good (included below) that their payment
processor (PipeVine) ceased operations. I've had additional messages from
Network for Good. Since I had NOT sent an inquiry, it looks to me like
they know we have funds pending.

Sometime near the end of May, Mark sent $50 payment for his display table
at the conference through Network for Good. I have faith that RTPnet will
in fact receive the $50.

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your inquiry. We fully understand the urgency of your
request and appreciate your patience.

Yesterday, PipeVine, Network for Good's third-party payment processor,
unexpectedly announced it was ceasing operations effective immediately.
We are of course concerned and disappointed with the evolving situation at
PipeVine. Our entire staff is working as quickly and as diligently as
possible to address the most critical issues.

On Sunday, June 1st, Network for Good removed PipeVine from its donations
process. All donations through Network for Good are now handled by Network
for Good directly.

We are also focused on documenting the fact that all donations, especially
those made in April and May, have been accurately and fully processed.
Customer feedback indicates that at least some donations have not yet been
sent to the nonprofit organizations, although we also know that many have
been disbursed. We are vigorously pursuing an updated accounting from
PipeVine.

To be clear, Network for Good is fully committed to getting 100% of every
single donation to the designated nonprofit as quickly as possible -- most
likely, this month.

Network for Good will communicate with you on a daily basis until all
issues are completely resolved. We will also be posting to our web site a
more detailed set of Q&A as soon as possible.

Thank you again for your patience and continued support of Network for
Good.

Ken Weber
President, Network for Good
