Great !  Now, are we helping these VISTAs with adequate preparation or support on available technologies to employ during their stint ?

What kind of preparation/training are the VISTAs getting (or already have) on use of various Internet/web technologies for end users and for non-profit organizations ? 

Is this training linked into RTPnet.org's offerings ?
