Subject: Network for Good Donation Tracking Report - Now Available

Dear Nonprofit Partner,

I'm pleased to announce that our new Network for Good Donation Tracking
Report is now available online. Since PipeVine’s closure, many of you have
stressed how important it is for you to be able to track donations. We’ve
worked hard over the past six weeks to build a new system to meet your
informational needs for donations made to your organization through
Network for Good. Benefits of this new system include: immediate access to
current data, donor cultivation opportunities, access to information from
anywhere, and ease of use.

How to access the Network for Good Donation Tracking Report:

PLEASE NOTE: Your organization must have received at least one donation
through the Network for Good Giving System on or after June 1, 2003, to be
able to gain access to the Donation Tracking Report.

Once your organization has received one donation through the system, you
can register to access your Donation Tracking Report at:

https://www.networkforgood.org/donationreportindex.report

How to register for the Donation Tracking Report:

The registration process is simple, and should take you no longer than
five minutes to complete.   While this service is free, we do need to
obtain some basic information about your organization.  This process will
confirm that we have the correct data needed to forward donations to you,
and will help us to ensure that your donor data is kept completely private
and that no one but you can access this information.  You will not be able
to access information about your organization’s donations online until you
register.

Features of the Network for Good Donation Tracking Report:

We’ve built the new Donation Tracking Report to have many of the same
elements you are used to, including:

> Total Number of donations during a time period you specify
> Total Dollar Amount of donations made during a time period you specify
> Average Amount of donations made during a time period you specify
> Donor Contact Information, providing name, mailing and email address for
each donor
> Donation Date and Donation Amount for each donation
> Source Web site, indicating if the donation originated from a Donate Now
button on your site, a donation made through Network for Good’s site or
another location
> Scheduled Payment Date, providing the date on which Network for Good
will disburse funds
> Designation, indicating the name of a program or interest area to which
donors would like their funds directed
> Dedication, providing the name of the person, if applicable, to whom the
donor dedicates their donation

At this time, the Donation Tracking Report only includes information from
donations made on or after June 1, 2003.  Donations made prior to June
1, 2003, were tracked by PipeVine and are not yet part of our Donation
Tracking Report.  Any donations made to your charity while the tracking
tool was unavailable (June 1st to present) have been tracked; you will
not lose any donation data from this period.
