Judy,
Thanks for the wonderful hospitality you showed us. We certainly enjoyed
the conference and look forward attending again.
For the notes: I did not take a lot of notes manually, but have lot of
thoughts running through my head.
One important one: I would like to suggest that we move back to the
original name of the group as Paul designated it which would allow for all
of the area CTCs to become a state group under that name. It might mean
that other areas would have do as RPTnet and WinstonNet have done, bring
groups in the different parts of the state together as areas groups from the
state and then all of these groups would form the North Carolina CTC group.
That to me would give us power in the numbers and may be able to leverage
our power within the state, especially considering we are looking at a super
(computing) highway running through the state.
Would you please ask Jackie to forward to me a copy of the pictures that she
took on Friday asap. We want to include them in our report to the
Chancellor and his cabinet as well as to our advisory board.
Again thanks for inviting us. The nomination is certainly going to help us
as we proceed further in our expansion.

If you jotted down notes and comments during the conference and are willing
to have them included with other conference materials online, please send
them to hallman at rtpnet.org.
I'm finishing up the final conference Web site.
