> Community Connections Projects - Applications will not be accepted after June 15, 2005
> 
> The NN/LM SE/A regional office offers Community Connection Projects of $5000 each to community or faith based organizations that wish to connect to the Internet and provide health information to community members in AL, GA, FL, MS, TN, NC, SC, PR, VI, DC, MD, WV, and VA.

> Under a Community Connection Agreement, the NN/LM SE/A office will provide
> 
>    1. Funding for the purchase of computer equipment and supplies
>    2. Funding for the purchase of Internet service for one year
>    3. Training on using equipment and finding reliable health information online
