Be a bit cautious about the Dell printers. Dell, even more than HP, seems to be giving away printers and offering rebates in order to drive sales for the cash cow: printer cartridges.  Our church was given two Dell color inkjet printers without requesting them when a Dell PC was ordered. I have found Dell printer cartridges are a good bit more expensive per page and the quality is not as good as the HP and Epson color printers. 

Lifecycle costs may show that getting a new HP or Epson printer is cheaper than accepting a "free" donated printer or all-in-one printer/FAX/scanner machine.  Worth checking reviews on the Internet, such as those at reviews.cnet.com
