[rtpnet-tact] Win98 Licenses

[Warren Fuson]

Does anyone out there have any left over, unused or replaced licenses
for Windows98 that I could re-deploy?  This would NOT include OEM
licenses that come with a new computer as they are not redeployable.  A
friend of mine is trying to get authorized licenses to be able to place
them on old clunker PCs to send to schools in Central America.
