TROSA, a long-term residential treatment center for substance abusers, is seeking to replace a legacy database application with one that will be more robust and better able to meet the growing needs of our end users.  The new application will be used to track all facets of a client’s progress through our treatment program.  This will include, but not be limited to demographic and historical information collected upon entry, treatment and vocational training information during program and follow-up care after graduation.  Client privileges and responsibilities are based primarily on time accrued in the program, therefore tracking time and milestones will be a central theme in the database.  Additionally, the database will be used for internal program evaluation and external scientific inquiry regarding substance abuse treatment.

TROSA must receive responses to this RFP no later than March 1, 2006. Proposals received after the due date will not be accepted nor will additional time be granted to any vendor unless by addendum to this RFP. Vendors must submit one (1) original with signatures, one (1) copy of original, plus one (1) electronic copy of the RFP responses in required format.
