This is the next to last call to pre-register for the following workshop:

Encoded Archival Description (EAD) workshop
Saturday, November 6, 2004, Manning Hall
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Kathy Wisser will lead an introductory workshop on EAD (Encoded Archival 
Description). Pre-register by emailing Lewis Dorman ldorman4 at email.unc.edu 
or register on-site starting at 8:00 a.m. Refreshments will be provided, 
and there will be several breaks, including an hour-long lunch break.

The cost of this workshop is $12.00, with the profits helping continue 
SCOSAA's existence.

At this moment, there are only 6 vacancies left for the workshop.  Please 
email me, if you wish to pre-register.
