Please help Connecting to Collections by completing our online survey.
This survey is a needs assessment tool designed to gather collections
preservation and disaster preparedness information from North Carolina's
cultural heritage institutions. Connecting to Collections is a federal
grant project administered by the North Carolina Department of Cultural
Resources (NCDCR) in partnership with the North Carolina Preservation
Consortium, the North Carolina Museums Council, and the Federation of
North Carolina Historical Societies. NCDCR was awarded a 2009/2010
planning grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services to
formulate a plan of action to assist the state's archives, museums,
library special collections and historic sites with traditional
preservation of collections and disaster preparedness and response.

The online survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
