Dear SNCA friends,
It's that time again! I am once again teaching INLS 752: Digital
Preservation and Access and am looking for student grant writing projects.
The major assignment in this class is to write an IMLS grant in the areas of
either digitization or digital preservation. While you might not ship their
final product off to IMLS students in the past have done excellent work that
has been a useful start on actual proposals.
If you are interested here is what you need to do: 1) Send me a brief
description of the proposed grant focus with your contact information. 2) be
willing to spend 2-3 hours with the students throughout the fall semester
providing information to them about your repository, the materials, your
goals, etc.
I look forward to seeing your ideas. There have been some fabulous ones in
the past. Thanks!!! -Helen
