Good morning, Pam,

You may recall that the Development Committee selected Dr. Harry Keiner to receive the Thornton Mitchell Service Award for this year and the award was presented last Thursday at the reception.

We did not get the plaque back in time from Dr. Smith, the previous recipient, to have Dr. Keiner's name engraved.  After the presentation I took the plaque with me and this morning, just before handing it to the engraver's rep , Chris Meekins and I noticed that it was engraved to Dr Smith - 2009.  Before that, the recipient was George Stevenson - 2008.

Chris thought - but was not sure - that we may have skipped a year, and so the award should read Dr. Smith - 2010 and now Dr. Keiner - 2011.  Or we could leave it Dr. Smith - 2009 and do Dr. Keiner - 2011.

Pam, could you please decide and we will have the plaque engraved accordingly.
