Hello SNCA Board,

I am sorry but I am unable to travel this week due to a lung infection I developed from the cold virus I had last 
week. I just found out today and have to return to the doctor on Thursday to make sure the meds are working. 
I've arranged for a colleague, Cyndi Harbeson, to bring the framed certificate for the Thornton Mitchell Award and 
the door prize from Conservation by Design (if it arrives before Wednesday). Greta Browning, who nominated Hal, 
is willing to present the award. Will the awards be presented at 7:30 on Thursday or later in the evening? I'm 
terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know if I am forgetting anything.
