Tarwheels BikeFest, August 9

Hi TRTC volunteers,

Mark your calendar, set your alarm clock, and prepare to help staff
the Carolina Tarwheels' 2008 BikeFest ride.  This year we're feeding
the flock outside Cedar Grove United Methodist Church.  This will be
the first rest stop of the day and may be a blitz of activity.  Once
the devouring horde of locusts has left, we'll be able to pack up and
depart.

You can either show up at the Orange County Rec Center (Hassel St. &
W. Tryon) in Hillsborough at 7 a.m. or at Cedar Grove UMC (corner of
Efland-Cedar Grove Rd and Carr Store Rd), in NW Orange County, at
8:00.  If you use Google Maps or MapQuest, here are the addresses.
- Rec Center (7 a.m.):  301 West Tryon St, Hillsborough, NC 27278
- Cedar Grove (8 a.m.):  5218 Efland-Cedar Grove Rd, Cedar Grove, NC 27231

Please let me and the "cc" contacts know if you can help out.  Baked
goods, a Tarwheels tradition, are also welcome.  We should be through
