Hi Volunteers for the American Tobacco Trail,

The workday for this morning at Sandy Creek Park in Durham is canceled
due to widespread rain. It isn't really any fun to work in a cold rain.

I think Natasha Teasley of Durham Parks already called off this
morning's workday at Sandy Creek Park in southern Durham yesterday due
to the forecast of widespread rain. This morning, it looks to be the
case here in Pittsboro and on radar.

I'm personally not going to make the 50 minute drive up to Durham this
morning.

Please do not make the drive over to Sandy Creek Park today.

The weather may indeed be better later in the morning, but I don't think
very many folks will show up. It really isn't fun to volunteer outside
in the rain.

We'll reschedule this workday for later in March or April.

If you have any questions, call me at 919 545-9104.

Happy Trails,

Bill Bussey
