Skip's Bar-B-Que 6 lb. round or chuck roast 1 stalk celery 3 onions, diced 3 Tbl apple cider vinegar 1 14oz bottle catsup 3 Tbl Kraft Original BBQ sauce 3 tsp Tabasco sauce Salt & pepper Water, see below: Put meat in Dutch oven and cover halfway with water and add remaining ingredients. Cook at 300 deg for 6 hours. Check after 4 hours. Shred meat and remove any bone, gristle and fat (If meat is done, it will shred easily). Continue cooking shredded meat. Serve shredded bar-b-que on sturdy hamburger buns. Options: Add more Tabasco sauce while cooking or when served on buns. Substitute turkey breast in place of round or chuck roast.
